Abstract
Two strategies were handled, in the first seeds were sown in field of Ricinus sangris (Rs) and Ricinus verdis (Rv). The second was planted only Rs in the nursery (3 months), then transplants in experimental field. During the first strategy for seed Rs average growth was 40 cm and 82.8% of survival, although for seed Rv was 30 cm and 33.3%; at the end of the second half, the survival of Rs decreased to 18.5% and Rv not survived. In the second strategy with Rs seed germination was 98%, its growth in a half reached the 75 cm, and its growth in the second half was 1.35 m with 68% survival (for two years). On the integral approach; stem were optimized treatments with NaOH (16-25%) temperature (150-170 °C) and cooking time (90-150 minutes) for the production of pulp and paper to corrugate in where the property of compression reported values from 215.8 to 238.7 N. Bark treatments were carried out to develop pseudopapel, from your cooking (1-4 hour) with NaOH (5-15%) and Na2S (5-15%), where were pseudopapel 60% yield. The extraction of leaves was carried out from the optimization of organic solvents 3 (acetone, methanol and dichloromethane) being added methanol with KOH to 25% that showed best performance (15%).
